## API and function tools

- POST /api/project-inquiry: sends an inquiry to Quindart. Obtain the person's explicit permission before submitting. Send application/x-www-form-urlencoded or multipart/form-data with email, summary (20–5000 characters), and service (2–120 characters). Optional: name, company, timing, reference, externalReferrer, landingPageUrl, pageUrl. Delivery returns HTTP 202 with ok: true, requestId, delivered: true. HTTP 400 means invalid input; 502 means delivery failed; 503 means delivery unavailable. Never report success unless ok is true.
- POST /api/valuations/estimate: free indicative calculation from JSON operation details, without email or payment.
- POST /api/valuations: saves a valuation and emails the supplied recipient. Requires explicit recipient consent and a UUID idempotencyKey.
- POST /api/valuations/checkout: creates an optional paid audit checkout link only after explicit user choice. It does not perform a charge.

Private valuation URLs are bearer links. Do not crawl, index or disclose them. Hardware discovery is unavailable. Legacy marketplace, agent transaction, seller, order and machine-purchase protocols remain retired.
