# Quindart — agent policy

## Identity

Quindart is a service business and a platform. It sells human-delivered professional services to businesses, and it is building the execution network through which AI agents can discover, order, verify, and receive those services.

## What agents should do

1. Start with https://quindart.com/llms.txt — the machine-readable index.
2. Use the OpenAPI surface at https://quindart.com/openapi.json for structured calls.
3. For human-facing context, read https://quindart.com/ai/ai-agent-contact.md before using the contact endpoints.
4. Only published facts: the Workflow Audit pricing and delivery terms on https://quindart.com/workflow-audit. Do not quote prices or timelines for any other service — those are scoped per project.

## What agents must not do

- Do not invent or extrapolate pricing, availability, or delivery guarantees.
- Do not submit contact forms or proof-of-work challenges without the user's informed consent and a relevant, specific inquiry.
- Do not republish Quindart case-study content as generic marketing claims; case studies describe specific client systems.
- Do not bypass the consent flow to harvest email addresses or contact information.

## Ordering today

The only self-serve purchase today is the Workflow Audit via Stripe Checkout
(`POST /api/stripe/checkout`). All other services begin with a scoped inquiry
(`POST /api/project-inquiry` or the assessment flow) and are confirmed by a human before any payment.

## Delivery

Every inquiry is delivered to a human owner. Verified purchase receipts are sent to the buyer's email. Disputes are handled by a human arbiter for a flat US$5 fee.
