Dog Calories Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Dog Calories mobile application, related web pages, app store listings, premium features, and support services. By using Dog Calories, you agree to these terms and the Dog Calories Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Dog Calories provides general tracking and organization tools for dog care records, food logs, estimated calorie goals, walks, weights, vaccine reminders, and related notes.

App calculations, reminders, trends, and outputs are informational only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your dog. They are not a substitute for veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition planning, emergency assistance, or professional judgment.

You are responsible for reviewing any app output and consulting a veterinarian or other qualified professional before making health, diet, medication, exercise, or safety decisions for your dog.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly at contact@quindart.com if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

You retain ownership of the dog profiles, food logs, notes, images, and other information you add to Dog Calories. You grant Quindart the limited rights needed to host, process, sync, display, transmit, back up, and operate that content for the app.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload or store any content you provide.

Dog Calories may offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium features through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment providers.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and store account management are controlled by the platform or payment provider used for the purchase. Deleting your Dog Calories account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

You should cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings before deleting your account if you no longer want to be billed.

Some features may request location, notification, or photo permissions. You may decline or disable permissions, but related features may stop working.

If you use walk tracking, reminders, notifications, or background location features, you are responsible for using them safely, legally, and without creating risk for yourself, other people, animals, property, or systems.

You may not misuse Dog Calories, bypass security, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, violate third-party rights, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app for illegal activity.

You may not use Dog Calories to track or monitor another person without appropriate consent or to create unsafe situations.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Dog Calories at any time. We may also update these terms as the app, business, law, or platform requirements change.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep Dog Calories available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Dog Calories is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quindart disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quindart will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, veterinary costs, animal injury, business interruption, or service interruption arising from or related to your use of Dog Calories.
