Dog Calories / Account deletion
Delete your Dog Calories account
Use this page to delete your Dog Calories account and associated app data, or to request deletion if you cannot access the app.
Effective date: May 26, 2026
Deletion options
- Fastest secure method: open Dog Calories, go to Settings > Account, and tap Delete account. This requires your signed-in account and starts deletion of your synced app data.
- If you cannot access the app, email us from the address connected to your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
- Deleting your account removes Dog Calories data from active systems. App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your store account settings.
How to delete your account
1. Delete inside the app
Open Dog Calories and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete account.
Confirm the warning. Dog Calories removes your synced app data and requests deletion of the connected Clerk account.
2. Cancel paid subscriptions separately
If you purchased premium access through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account settings before or after deleting your Dog Calories account.
Deleting your Dog Calories account does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple or Google.
3. If you cannot access the app
Email contact@quindart.com from the email address associated with your Dog Calories account.
Include the account email, your name if shown in the app, and a short note explaining that you cannot access the in-app deletion flow.
For security, we may ask for additional verification before processing. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or app store credentials.

Data that may be kept temporarily or separately
- Backups, diagnostic logs, fraud-prevention records, security records, and support emails may remain for a limited period, generally up to 90 days unless a longer period is required by law, security, dispute resolution, or app store obligations.
- Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Clerk, and other service providers may retain independent billing, authentication, platform, or compliance records under their own policies.
- Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics, reliability, and service improvement.
Processing timeline
- In-app deletion starts immediately after confirmation. Large accounts may continue deleting in background batches until all associated active records are removed.
- Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed after ownership verification, usually within 30 days.
- If a request is complex, legally restricted, or requires additional verification, we will contact you at the email address used for the request.
