You will build the web tools that connect planning, sourcing, production visibility, training, and improvement. This is a product engineering role: you will help define the problem, make implementation trade-offs, and stay responsible for what reaches production.

你會做什麼

• Deliver accessible interfaces and Worker-backed APIs for operations, sourcing, training, and reporting.
• Build reliable forms, integrations, notifications, audit trails, and recovery states.
• Improve performance, accessibility, testing, observability, and API quality as part of everyday delivery.
• Review product scope with operators, designers, clients, and engineers before implementation begins.
• Maintain and improve the systems you ship instead of handing them off at release.

你會帶來什麼

• Strong TypeScript, React, and modern web-platform experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining backend APIs and relational or document data models.
• A high standard for readable code, useful tests, and accessible interfaces.
• Sound judgment about performance, security, and the cost of operational complexity.
• The ability to discuss trade-offs clearly with technical and non-technical teammates.

有用的經驗

• React Router, server-side TypeScript, Cloudflare Workers, and D1 deployments.
• Industrial software, inventory, scheduling, training, or workflow automation.
• Taking an early product from discovery through its first production release.
