Robot integration for production
Connect robotic arms, tooling and controls around the parts and tasks your production team handles.
What does the work involve?
- Document part geometry, payload, reach, cycle and available space.
- Check tooling, guarding, machine interfaces and recovery requirements.
- Validate representative parts and hand over operating instructions.
What should you prepare before starting?
Provide representative parts, drawings, the required task sequence and available machine interfaces. Include awkward parts, changeovers and recovery after a stopped cycle.
Do you need to replace existing equipment?
Existing machines may be usable if their interfaces, condition and safety requirements support the proposed workcell. Reach, payload and tooling need to be checked together; a robot specification alone is insufficient.
How is delivery checked?
Run agreed parts and exceptions through the complete cell. Check handshakes, guarding, rejection handling, recovery and operator instructions as well as normal cycle performance.
