AI Engineer
Design and ship AI-assisted product features with strong retrieval, evaluation, and source handling.
Careers at Quindart
Quindart builds the marketplace and private execution network that lets people and AI agents buy useful business services. Engineers work directly with product and provider teams, make practical technical decisions, and remain accountable after release.
How we work
We do not separate product thinking from implementation. The person building a system should understand who uses it, why it matters, and how it will be supported after release.
We speak with the people who will use the system before settling on a design. Engineers are expected to understand the operating problem, not just the ticket.
The same team takes a feature from discovery through release and maintenance. Decisions stay close to the people who have to support them.
We test the behaviour that matters, document important trade-offs, and fix unclear or fragile work before it becomes someone else’s problem.
Open roles
Each role has a dedicated page with responsibilities, expectations, and an application form.

Hiring process
Applications are reviewed by the people you would work with. We keep each stage relevant to the role and explain it before it begins.
Apply on the role page with a short note and a link to relevant work. The team hiring for the role reviews the application.
We discuss the work you have done, the decisions you made, and what you want to take responsibility for next.
The final stage is specific to the role. It may be a technical review or a short paid exercise based on a realistic problem.
Before you apply
No. One relevant project you can explain clearly is more useful than a large gallery. Share the context, your contribution, the trade-offs, and what happened after release.
Yes. The team works from Sheung Wan. The role pages explain the working arrangement, and we can discuss relocation with candidates who are a strong match.
We do not have a standing internship programme. When an internship opens, it will appear on this page with the same level of detail as a full-time role.
If your experience is relevant to the role, we will contact you by email to arrange the first conversation. We will also explain any role-specific assessment before asking you to complete it.
Questions before applying?
For an application, use the form on the relevant role page. For anything the listing does not answer, email the team.
