SPAIN / MANUFACTURING

Factory automation in Spain.

Connect business information with floor reality, then choose the work worth automating against a clear operating baseline.

THE OPERATION BEHIND THE EQUIPMENT

Keep a production change coherent across suppliers and shifts.

Spain's automotive and industrial manufacturing activity includes component and assembly networks where changing product mixes affect the whole route. We examine how requirements reach procurement, setup, quality and production planning. The useful automation question is which dependency repeatedly costs time or makes a commitment uncertain.

For example, a new product mix changes a fixture requirement and the inspection sequence. A schedule based only on nominal cycle times may miss both.

Mixed-product schedules

Compare the proposed product sequence with material, tooling and inspection readiness rather than nominal speed alone.

Fixture readiness

Identify the correct fixture revision, its availability and the checks needed before the scheduled setup can begin.

Shift handovers

Carry changed instructions, unresolved holds and the next decision owner across the shift boundary.

Understand the work before choosing what to automate.

Observe the business and the floor

Start with orders, purchasing, planning and existing software. Compare those records with operators, maintenance and the conditions on the floor.

Connect a useful part of the operation

Make the relevant sources, owners, changes and exceptions visible. Build a usable operating model, with its uncertainties, rather than attempt to capture everything.

Prioritize a defensible intervention

Compare coordination time, throughput constraints, quality and cost against a baseline. A workflow connection may be more useful than new machinery.

Automate selectively and keep revising

Where justified, test a bounded physical task with representative variation. Agree on controls, recovery, training and continuing ownership.

More time for the decisions that need you.

Saving coordination time and protecting profitability require an operating baseline. We help identify what can change and how to judge whether it helps you stay competitive.

Less information chasing

Give the responsible person the context for a decision instead of another disconnected status.

Clearer investment choices

Compare total scope, integration, maintenance and ongoing work before choosing equipment.

Work people can operate

Keep exceptions, human authority and recovery visible as products and suppliers change.

Where does coordination consume your team’s time?

Tell us the location, production context, recurring exceptions and systems involved. We will discuss fit and a sensible next step. Which setup dependency is missing from your planned capacity?

Before choosing an automation project.

What should a shift handover contain when the product mix changes?

Include the valid instruction, setup and material readiness, outstanding exceptions and the person who may resolve them. Compare the handover record with how the incoming team actually starts work. Its purpose is to make the next decision usable, not merely to record that a shift meeting took place.

Do we need to replace all our existing equipment?

No. Discovery starts with the systems and equipment you already use. A useful first change may connect information or clarify a handover. New equipment and physical pilots follow a justified use case.

Can you confirm savings or local site work now?

Neither is assumed. We need to understand your baseline, access and requirements. We agree on remote and on-site work, responsibilities, costs and support for the specific project.
